Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.

Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.

Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

Any rude behavior or harassment while I'm working will void your commission with no refund

Clients must be 18 or older in order to purchase an NSFW commission

I have a full-time job, so timeframes for a finished commission will vary from 1 to 4 weeks (range also depends on the complexity of commission)

If no progress is shown in 2 weeks, a full refund will be given.

All communications regarding the commission will be done through emails, or twitter.

I have the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.

Payment is done through PayPal, using USD ($) as the currency

The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.

You MUST credit and link back to me.

I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in my galleries, use for publicity, prints, graphics etc.)

A design fee applies to those who have no reference images of the subject and would like me to draw from a description or a collage of photographs.

The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.

Commissions are not refundable, unless the following occur:

I have not yet started on the commission within 2 weeks from payment.

Payment must be paid full before I start. For totals over $100, only 50% is required in advance.

you get two free reimagining's. anymore will be charged a fee (3$)

When you commission you agree to the following:

Fill up the commission form carefully & correctly.

Provide a minimum of 1 reference image for the commission.

Fanart (any fandom, any pairing), OCs, portraits, fanfic header art, tattoo designs, NSFW (proof of age needed), mild gore.

Note: If it's not below, there's a good chance I'll draw it.

Non-con, incest, complex mecha, animal portraits, extreme gore/death, underage stuff( you know what I mean)
